Training Services
Virtual Training/ Zoom
This is an online service that you can utilize to schedule one-on-one sessions starting $15 45mins full body. The group sessions are $8 and held for 30-45 minutes up to 1 hour in length. It is split into 3 segments, upper body, core, and lower body exercises. Also, very convenient and affordable.
Group Fitness In-person
These classes are held at an indoor facility or outdoor area in Baltimore, MD/DMV area. Dates and times will be listed on a calendar where you can select a date and location that best fits you. The prices for group classes will range from $8- $20. Group fitness classes will include core class, stretch classes, booty building, upper body fitness training, and hip hop fit!
Pole Classes
Pole classes are always fun. I teach beginner and intermediate levels. The class sizes are grouped 6 to 10 people. These classes last 1hr up to 90 minutes. You will learn techniques and skills that require body control and strength. We will engage in several exercises that will prepare you for this class. One on one classes can be held in person but by appointment only. Classes range $20-$35.
